Description

Dark Night Of The Soul is a music and art project instigated and helmed by Brian Burton aka  (1/2 of Gnarls Barkley, Broken Bells) in collaboration with Mark Linkous aka  and a host of guest vocalists including  who also provided a visual narrative to the record. The project was originally released as a book compendium of Lynch’s photos with an audio CD. This was followed by an official multi-format release and limited edition box set.

This box set includes: a double LP of the album, a CD of the album, an instrumental version of the album on CD, a 30 page 12"x 12" booklet of artwork entitled "D N O T S" in memory of Mark Linkous and Vic Chesnutt featuring artwork, photography and album credits. The set also includes a 12"x12" "D N O T S" envelope containing three lobby cards, a poster and a photograph.
