YĪN YĪN

Yīn Yīn started out as an in-studio experimental project by Kees Berkers and Yves Lennertz, exploring the potential of South East Asian music from the 60’s and 70’s. 

Over the last years, the project has evolved into an energetic live experience, celebrating a mix of world music, disco, funk and electro, deeply infused with the individual musical background of its individual members. 

With the introduction of Robbert Verwijlen on keys and Remy Scheren playing bass, and with percussionist Gino Bombrini joining them on their live tours, Yīn Yīn has developed into an immersive, psychedelic live presence able to captivate a broad audience, and get people dancing.
