Slint

Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, Slint is considered to be amongst the godfathers of Post-Rock/Math-rock. 

Allthough they've only released 2 albums and 1 EP, the mark they left on music history is undeniable.

A little fun fact: the picture on the sleeve of their legendary 'Spiderland' album was taken by no other than Will Oldham.
