Four years after her album “Radiate” which earned her two Victoires de la Musique – that of female artist of the year and best rock album – Jeanne Added returns today with a captivating third album, entitled “By Your Side”.

 Jeanne Added has always sung about love, being together, and breaking up too. BY YOUR SIDE is no exception to the rule. But she is no longer quite the same. Or rather, she is more than ever herself. Faced with the ambient lie, the truth: the word “TRUTH” is heard in each title.

“If I can't be completely myself with people, there's no relationship possible,” she says. If BY YOUR SIDE tells of flight, of lightness, it reinvents the existential anchoring of its author while returning to its sources: jazz and classical once studied at the Conservatoire of Reims and then of Paris. BY YOUR SIDE reveals itself to be a reassuring space-time, which is told by the sound, minimal, without coating, and Jeanne's voice, “barometer” of our psychological state: “Between the notes, nestled in the middle of the frequencies and rhythms, in each inflection of the voice, I give everything. »
