From a very young age, Trixie Whitley nurtured a singular creative spirit, springing from her restless inner directive. At the age of three, she made her onstage debut alongside her father, the internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Chris Whitley. Never resting on her lineage, Trixie set out to craft a unique personal and artistic identity.

That all comes to glorious fruition on her new EP, The Dragon Of Everything, which touches on everything from maternal love to loss of bodily autonomy. It was named, quite aptly, after an illustration by her daughter that also graces the cover of the record. "I need to listen to my womb - my gut," she says. That's a big part of these recordings."
