“The womb is the Stargate of Humanity” says Ras G relating to the title of his third and strongest fulllength for the LEAVING label. Ras is more than your L.A. beat-scene beatmaker/producer/DJ, but rather an influential OG with an admirable no-fucks-given attitude towards liberally experimenting with fidelity and genre in the Los Angeles underground producer scene since the early 2000’s. Ras has released multiple projects on luminary labels such as Brainfeeder, Poobah, and Fat Beats.
